1 Grammar
a) There is selling or buying gifts and things that the people don't like or that they don't want to use
    after they broken up with their boyfriend or their girlfriend.

b) Yes, I guessed right

c) 1- Because she has broken-up with her English boyfriend ask had a plane ticket she didn't need
    2- Everything from something as small as Teddy bear to really expensive things like an
        engagement ring or a holiday
    3- They also tell the personal story behind of the things they are selling

d) 1- I like to buy the Apple MacBook Pro
    2- I think that the first option is the worst break-up
    3- No, I wouldn't like to sell anything because a gift I wouldn't sell it.

e) 1- I'm in love with another woman/ 2- I will come and pick it up/ 3- Is it new?/
    4- Who gave it to you?

+ reported sentences
- Usamos la información recibida para decir lo que otra persona nos dijo
  Ej: I like travelling  ----  she said that she liked travelling

- El verbo utilizado para informar  (said, told,etc) es en un tiempo pasado, el tiempo en la frase que
  es utilizada para informar cambia de esta forma:
 - present  -----  past  
   Ej: I like travelling ----   She said that she liked travelling
 - will       -----  would 
   Ej: I will always love you --- He said that he would always love me
 - past simple/present perfect ----  past perfect. 
     Ej: I passed the exam -- she told me that she had passed the exam
           I have forgotten my keys -- He said that he had forgotten his keys

- Algunos verbos modales cambian Ej: can -- could, may -- might, must -- had to
  Ej: I may be late -- He said that he might be late / I must go -- She said that she had to go
        I can't come --  She said that she couldn't come
  otros mantinen su forma Ej: could, might , should
   
- Usar "that" después de "said" ó "told" es optional
  Ej: She said she couldn´t come / She told me she had passed the exam

- Si tu estás informando que alguien dijo algo sobre un dia diferente o un sitio al que estas en el este
  momento, las palabras que hacer referencia al tiempo o al lugar cambian
  Ej: tomorrow --- the next day /  here -- there / this -- that
       I'll meet you here tomorrow --- He said he would meet me there next day

+ Cuando no cambian los tiempos verbales:
- Cuando tu informas a otra personas lo que te han dicho inmediatamente ó un corto espacio de
  tiempo, el tiempo verbal es el mismo que utilizó el informante.
  Ej: I can't come tonight --- I've just spoken to Adam and he said that he can't come tonight
        I really enjoyed my trip -- Jack told me that he really enjoyed his trip

+ Diferencia entre "say" y "tell"
- Hay que tener cudiado, después de "said" no utilizamos un pronombre o un pronombre objeto
  Ej: He said he was tired  NO He said me he was tired

- Después de "told" debemos usar un pronombre o un nombre personal
  Ej: Sarah told Cally that she would call her NO Sarah told she would call her
        He told me he was tired NOT he told he was tired

+ Exercises

3- My mother told me my new dress didn't sit me/
4- Matt said He might not be able to go the party/
5-  Jenny said she wouldn't wear these shoes again/
6- My girlfriend told me she hadn't bought me a present/
7- Rachel said she had to get a dress for the party/
8- Kevin said he hadn't been to the gym for a long time/
9- My sister told me she had found a bargain in the sales/
10- Luck told me he couldn't found anywhere to park

break-up (broken-up)= ruptura sentimental/ unlike= a diferencia... como/ bargain= ganga/
scratches= rayones, marcas/ filler words= palabras de relleno/  charming= encantador/
to complain= devolver (un productor)/ to refund= reembolsar/ pick up= recoger/ veil= velo/
take place= tener lugar/ dumped him= lo dejé (a él)
